Especially during the Easter season, the time before Mass is for silent prayer and reflection.

WOMEN’S SMALL GROUP

Meets weekly on Wednesday at 2 PM. We are reading Father Anthony’s book, Women in Jesus’ Story. See Kelly to purchase your copy for $20.

CHAIRS AT ST ANDREW

New chairs for the narthex, the conference room, and education rooms have been donated and will be delivered in the next week or so.

The current chairs will be donated to Habitat for Humanity ReStore. If you or someone you know would like some of the chairs before they are taken, please let Kelly know.

2026 DSA

We need all of you to help us reach our goals.  Go to charlottediocese.org/dsa to make a gift online.

St. Andrew: as of April 23, we have raised $6,835 toward our $11,242 goal, with a balance of $4.408.

Sacred Heart: as of April 23, we have raised $ 4,491 toward our $8,147 goal, with a balance of $3,656.

We would like to meet our goals by August of this year.

CATHOLIC GRANDPARENTS ASSOCIATION (CGA)

Guiding the Next Generation to the Sacraments. Many Catholic grandparents are seeking ways to guide their grandchildren toward the sacraments as they are called to be loving, patient, determined witnesses, helping lead their families closer to God. Please join us following mass in Room 15/17 for an informative meeting with Deacon John Sims who will be discussing ways to guide grandchildren of all ages to the sacraments. All grandparents, godparents, great aunts and uncles are welcome!

The CGA exists to support and encourage grandparents in their God-given vocation of passing on the faith to their grandchildren. Muchos abuelos católicos buscan formas de guiar a sus nietos hacia los sacramentos, ya que están llamados a ser testigos amorosos, pacientes y decididos, ayudando a acercar a sus familias a Dios. Por favor, únete a nosotros después de la misa en la sala 15/17 para una reunión informativa con el diácono John Sims, quien hablará sobre formas de guiar a nietos de todas las edades hacia los sacramentos. ¡Todos los abuelos, padrinos, tías abuelas y tíos abuelos son bienvenidos!
